• يجب على العميل فحص السيارة من الداخل والخارج والتوثيق قبل مغادرة الشركة، ولن يتم قبول أي شكوى بعد المغادرة.The customer must inspect the car inside and out and document its condition before leaving the company; no complaint will be accepted after leaving.
• الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي أضرار قد تحدث، لا قدر الله، لظروف خارجة عن إرادتها.The company is not responsible for any damage that may occur, God forbid, due to circumstances beyond its control.
• توقيع العميل يُعد موافقة منه على الخدمات والشروط المذكورة، ويحق للشركة اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات لمطالبة العميل بكامل المبالغ المترصدة في ذمته عن السيارة المتروكة.The customer's signature means acceptance of the listed services and terms, and the company may take all measures to claim the full amounts owed by the customer for a car left at the company.
• في حالة تركيب الحماية للسيارات ذات اللون الأبيض أو الصدفي، قد تحدث نسبة من الاصفرار نتيجة الاستهلاك، وهذا الأمر وارد الحدوث.When protection film is installed on white or pearl cars, some yellowing may occur over time with use; this is to be expected.
• في حالة نقل ملكية السيارة إلى الغير أو فقدان الفاتورة، تسقط الكفالة نهائياً.If ownership of the car is transferred to someone else or the invoice is lost, the warranty is permanently void.
• يوافق العميل على قيادة السيارة من قِبل أحد العاملين بالشركة قبل وبعد تنفيذ الخدمة، والشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي حادث أو بنشر قد يحدث للسيارة، لا قدر الله.The customer agrees that a company employee may drive the car before and after the service, and the company is not responsible for any accident or flat tyre that may occur, God forbid.
• الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي زيادة أو تمدد في الشروخ القديمة الموجودة، أو كسر أو تلف الزجاج بالكامل.The company is not responsible for any growth or spreading of existing cracks, or for the glass breaking or being completely damaged.
• الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي أعطال كهربائية قد تحدث في السيارة، لا قدر الله، أثناء تواجد السيارة بالشركة أو أثناء تركيب العازل الحراري لزجاج السيارة.The company is not responsible for any electrical faults that may occur in the car, God forbid, while it is at the company or while heat-insulation film is being installed on the windows.
• حماية الزجاج الأمامي غير مكفولة.Windscreen protection is not covered by the warranty.
• يوافق العميل على أنه في حالة حدوث أي خلل أثناء العمل على السيارة داخل الشركة، لا قدر الله، مثل (خروج صبغ أو كسر في قطعة)، تتم معالجة المشكلة من قِبل الشركة دون الرجوع إليه.The customer agrees that if any fault happens while working on the car at the company, God forbid (such as paint lifting or a part breaking), the company will fix the problem without referring back to the customer.
• في حالة وجود نقاط أو بقع على حماية هيكل السيارة نتيجة سوء الاستخدام أو العوامل الجوية أو غيرها، فإن الشركة غير مسؤولة عنها، وتُعد خارج نطاق الكفالة.Spots or stains on the body protection film caused by misuse, weather or other factors are not the company's responsibility and are outside the warranty.
• كفالة الحماية تشمل عيوب التركيب فقط.The protection warranty covers installation defects only.
• يُمنع استخدام الغسيل في المحطات الآلية.Automatic car-wash stations must not be used.
• في حالة عدم توقيع العميل على الفاتورة، تسقط الكفالة.If the customer does not sign the invoice, the warranty is void.
• الشركة غير مسؤولة في حالة إزالة الحماية القديمة وتأثر صبغ أو لكر السيارة.The company is not responsible if removing old protection film affects the car's paint or lacquer.
• حماية البدي بالكامل أو الـ«فل بدي» للسيارات الجيب تشمل مقدمة السقف فقط.Full-body protection (“full body”) for SUVs covers the front of the roof only.
• في حالة إغلاق الشركة أو بيعها أو إلغاء الرخصة التجارية، تُلغى وتسقط جميع الكفالات، ولا يحق للعميل تقديم شكوى في محاكم الكويت أو لدى حماية المستهلك.If the company closes, is sold or its commercial licence is cancelled, all warranties are cancelled and void, and the customer may not file a complaint in the Kuwaiti courts or with Consumer Protection.
• الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي خلل أو ضرر قد يحدث للسيارة بعد استلامها، لا قدر الله.The company is not responsible for any fault or damage that may occur to the car after it has been collected, God forbid.
• الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي ضرر قد يحدث للسيارة، لا قدر الله، بعد الانتهاء من تنفيذ الخدمات المطلوبة ووضع السيارة داخل الشركة أو خارجها.The company is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the car, God forbid, after the requested services are finished and the car is parked inside or outside the company.
